The Ask
Design and develop templates for Tosoh’s events and informational pages. My role included both UI design and frontend development, ensuring the templates were visually consistent, responsive, and easy for the client to configure in Salesforce Account Engagement.
The Process
I worked directly with the client, including onsite visits in Germany to understand their needs and provide hands-on guidance. I designed the templates in Figma, then implemented them with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript. After development, I trained the client on how to use and manage the templates within Salesforce Account Engagement, ensuring they could update pages independently.
