The Ask
Design an intuitive tool for employees to receive evaluations and feedback. My role was to handle the UX and UI design, ensuring the tool was easy to use and aligned with company needs.
The Process
We started with a workshop to define goals and ideate solutions. I conducted one-on-one sessions with employees to gather insights and understand pain points. Based on this research, I created low-fidelity wireframes followed by high-fidelity designs in Figma, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Technical Breakdown
UX and UI design in Figma, including low- and high-fidelity prototypes. User research included workshops and one-on-one interviews. Designs were shared with developers to ensure the tool met user needs and internal requirements.
